Eight Wines, Eight Cheeses = 64 Combinations
Forget 4x4, we’ve got 8x8 power. Join us as we taste eight different cheeses with eight different wines, exploring what works for cheese and wine.
You will try some of the classic pairings such as Port and Stilton, but you’ll also be free to experiment. This Tasting Session enables you to try any of the eight cheeses with any of the eight wines, so you’ll definitely try something new, unless you're tasted all 64 combinations already.

Good for Wine Buffs, Great for Cheese Heads
This tasting is ideal for beginners and experts alike, whether you're into your wine or your cheese. We'll introduce each pairing in turn, you'll get background on why we think this works and you'll experience a whole new world of grape and cheese interaction.
We'll be providing water biscuits, oat cakes, bread and some water to help you tasting the cheese and wine.
Tasting starts at 7.30 and lasts approximately ninety minutes.
Wine Tasting Gift Certificates
You can buy tickets to any of our wines tastings as a gift. Just let us know when you've booked and we'll send you a gift certificate as soon as we can, usually within two working days.

We're located in the private upstairs bar. Food is available before and you are very welcome to stay for a drink afterwards. Tickets are limited and advanced booking is strongly recommended.
